How to take half bath
How to take Half Bath:
1. Shoulders should be out of the water. Water level is about 3.5 - 3.9 inch above navel.
2. Water temperature should be tepid.(102-104F)

3. Stay in the tub about 20 minutes.

If you have Japanese style deep bath tub, bath stool could be usufull to adjust water level.

Benefit:
* It will reduce the strain on the heart or the lungs
* It will avoid sharp rise in blood pressure
* By warming the lower part of the body, warmed blood circulates and heats up the entire body without immersing in the hot water.
* Blood needs one minute to circulate the body (between pushed out from the heart and coming back to it). It's difficult to stay in the hot bath more than 5 minutes, and that means blood can only circulate about 5 times in the body. But by taking a tepid bath for more than 20 minutes, blood circulates the body 20 times, and the entire body will be warmed up from inside.
Precautions:

* When you feel cold in the shoulder, warm your body using shower or hot towel.
* If you prefer a hot bath, gradually rise the temperature of the water.
* Ventilation is important to avoid dizziness.
