Do you have re-heating
system like in Japan? |

No, we don't. Trajet
have In-Line heater for option which is to keep water warm. |

How to install TP
tubs? |
|
Just put on your shower
pan. Shower pan have already connected to drain, so do not need to
connect drain hole of bathtubs themselves. |

Are TP tubs possible to install permanently? |
|

We recomend to install
Ttemporary in your shower room.
TP tubs does not have overflow, so they need something else underneath
the tubs which already have connected drain. |

Do they come
with cover? |

Yes, come with scrollable
tub cover. |

with drain stopper? |

already assembled apron side, so you may need to choose which drain
side you need. |

out which drain side do I need? |

Stand in front of your
bathtub and find wchich side you see drain hole. |

What is standard size? |
|
Most american bathtub
size is 60"x32". Yubune2 is made to fit into standard size
bathtub space. |

What is the space
on one side of Yubune2? |

That is for water saving.
You can have enough water level without pouring too much water. |

pricing on 1 model. What is the difference? |

Trajet have 3 kinds.
Simplicity, Delux and Ultimate. Simplicity is tub only. Delux and
Ultimate has jets. Ultimate is more powerfull and luxuary than Delux. |

to US only basically.
Takagi and Yubun2 can arrange to ship to Canada, if you can prepare
for custom paper work in case requested.
If you can arrange shipping to other countries, we can sell the tub

Shipping fee for Trajet is $170 flat price for all model.

long does it take? |

5-7
business days after ship out.
Trajet is costom order, so it will take 2-3 weeks for Simplicity,
3-4 weeks for Delux and Ultimate after purchase. |

to pick up? |

Yes, for TAKAGI. Yubune2
and Trajet are directory ship from manufactures. |

How should I do when
I receive the tub? |
|
Please inspect
before sign to turcking company. Somtimes not available to claim to
trucking company if you find damade after sing it. |

Do you ship by UPS? |
|
No, we do not ship the
tub by UPS. Because it's too big and heavy.
If you see the shipping fee by UPS on our shopping cart, please ignore.
Our sales will let you know the correcct shipping fee. |

If I cancel order
before delivery, how the shipping fee will be? |

All the shipping related fee will
be charged if the item has left from our location.
